I am here to take your room bookings and help you meet your Audio/Visual needs at the CMEC Centre. 

Equipment needs to be booked out with me and will be setup and ready to use at the time requested.  Demonstrations of the equipment can be arranged for those unfamiliar with the systems. 

Please contact me at any time to discuss you requirements, especially if you are unsure or a little ‘rusty’, on how the equipment works.

Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.
