Clinical skills programme

Year 3 medical students receive a 12 week strucutred clinincal skills programme, your programme will include:

Cannulation

Basic Life Support- Simulation

Airway Management

Injections

Surgical Scrubbing – gloving and gowning

Suturing- including removal

Catheterisation

ECG reading and 12 lead placement

Year 5 medical students receive cannulation training and are able to book the skills lab to practice other clinical skills.
