ST1 assessment requirements

ST1 6 Month Review
3 x Mini-CEX
3 x CbD
1 x MSF – 5 replies
PSQ if any rotation in Primary Care
1 x CS Review

By 11 Month Review ARCP

3 x further CbD
1 x further MSF – 5 replies
PSQ if any rotation in Primary Care
2 x further CS Reviews

31 January 2012
6 month ES review due – assessments and the clinical supervisor’s review for 1st four month rotation of the training year must be complete.

22 June 2012
11 month ES review due – assessments and the clinical supervisor’s reviews for 2nd & 3rd four month rotation of the training year must be completed.
Learning log (at least two entries per week) and PDP needs to be up-to-date.

The Deanery will contact all trainees who need to attend ARCP for feedback.

Week beginning 9 July 2012
The Annual review of competence progression takes place during this week. All trainees must keep this week free as trainees will be expected to attend the panel, if any part of their e-portfolio is incomplete.

30 month ES review due + assessments.

25 May 2012
34 month ES review due + the full year of assessments, CSA & AKT need to be complete. In addition you are required to have an up-to-date learning log (at least two entries a week), a PDP, an audit and demonstrated OOH competence. Please also note you are required to have an up-to-date CPR Certificate.
