Room bookings

Meeting rooms are available from 8am – 5pm and can be booked by both internal and external clients directly with Jay Miles or Maggie Moles on 01243 788122 ext. 2731.

Meeting rooms are charged by the hour (if applicable) and clients are invoiced after the meeting. Western Sussex Hospitals Trust staff are able to book rooms for educational meetings free of charge if more than 50% of the delegates are from WSHT. If this is not the case room charges will apply.  Clients can book rooms for EDUCATIONAL meetings 3 months in advance. Non-educational meetings can be book a month in advance if space is available.

If rooms are required outside normal working hours, ie. 8am – 5pm or weekends, an additional out of hours charge will be made to ensure your meeting is fully supported by one of the CMEC team.  This is applicable to all users.

We attempt to ensure that all your av requirements are accommodated and we have computers and flat screen monitors in all the meeting rooms. There is WiFi access throughout CMEC.

Please remeber that our AV technician is extremely busy resloving AV/IT issues and cannot always put out all furniture for every meeting. We attempt to help as much as possible but expect users to put out charis and tables and ensure that rooms are left clear when they leave.
